Who is responsible for your data

This website is operated by Michele Mancini, business ID (IČO) 719 570 57, Čejkovy 23, 342 01 Hrádek u Sušice, Czech Republic ("Michele" or "I"). Michele is the controller of personal data collected through this website. He is not registered for VAT. You can contact him through the contact form or by phone at +420 722 663 097.

What data is processed and why

  • Contact inquiries: your name, email address, and any company, website, cooperation preference or other information you choose to submit. This information is used to answer your inquiry, discuss a possible engagement and, if relevant, prepare or perform a contract. The form is sent to the website server and delivered using the configured email service.
  • Website analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 receives information about your visit, such as page views, page title, page address and technical identifiers. Analytics is not started before consent.
  • Technical operations: the hosting and network providers may process technical request data, such as IP address, time and browser information, to deliver and secure the website.

This website does not use advertising pixels, send newsletters, or make decisions about you solely by automated means.

Legal basis

Information submitted through the contact form is processed to respond to your request and, where applicable, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to perform a contract. Where the form asks for consent, that consent is also recorded for the stated purpose. Analytics data is processed only after you give consent in the cookie settings. Necessary technical processing is carried out to operate and protect the website.

How long information is kept

Inquiry information is kept for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting business relationship. If an engagement or legal obligation follows, relevant records may be kept for the period required by law. Analytics retention is governed by the Google Analytics settings. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser until you clear it or change it.

Who receives the information

Information is shared only with service providers needed to run the website and handle inquiries, such as hosting, network and email providers, and with Google when you enable Google Analytics. These providers process data for their respective services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. It is not sold.

When analytics is enabled, Google may process online identifiers and usage data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Any transfer is subject to the safeguards applicable to Google’s services and the transfer mechanism in force.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, or data portability. You may object where processing is based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ) or your local data protection authority.

To exercise these rights or ask a question, use the contact form.

Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information, including encrypted connections and restricted access to website and email systems.
